# Drone Construction Progress Report Example

A drone construction progress report: works completed since the last visit, programme comparison, and site observations recorded for the monthly valuation.

Monthly, on the same date each visit, into the valuation pack - the quantity surveyor and the client's project manager are the readers, not the site team. Send it within a day or two of the flight, while it still describes the site as it stands. Consistency beats depth here: same flight path, same sections, same order every month, because the value is in comparing this visit against the last one.
