Last updated 2026-08-01. These terms cover the paid document packs only. The map, the zone data and every export are free and are not sold.
Exovoid Ltd., bul. Cherni Vrah 47A, fl. 5, Sofia, Bulgaria, which operates canfly.io. Contact us at contact@exovoid.tech. We reply to any question about an order within one month, and usually much sooner.
A downloadable pack of editable business documents - Word and, in the deliverable pack, Excel files - together with completed worked examples as PDF. The exact contents of each pack are listed in full on its product page before you buy. Nothing in a pack contains or depends on national drone zone data.
Prices are shown in euro on each product page. Any VAT due is calculated and shown by Stripe at checkout according to your location, and the total you approve at checkout is the total you pay. There are no recurring charges: each pack is a one-off purchase.
Under EU consumer law you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. Digital content delivered immediately is treated differently, because it cannot be returned once you have it.
At checkout you are asked to tick a box that does two things: you expressly request that we begin delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the download link has been issued. We record that agreement and repeat it in your order confirmation email.
This is the exception at Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you would rather keep your withdrawal right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase - read the free worked example instead, which is a complete document and costs nothing.
Section 5 means you cannot demand a refund once your link has been issued. It does not mean we will not give one.
We may refund a purchase at our discretion - for example if the files did not reach you, if a pack is not what its product page described, or if you bought the same pack twice by mistake. Write to contact@exovoid.tech with the order reference from your confirmation email and tell us what went wrong. We will look at it properly and answer you.
Because we cannot take a downloaded file back, we are more likely to say yes where something went wrong at our end than where a pack simply was not wanted after reading it. Every pack has a complete example you can read before paying, and we would rather you used it than bought something that turns out not to suit you.
When we revise a pack, your existing link serves the new edition and there is nothing to re-buy. This lasts for as long as we publish that pack. We may stop publishing a pack at any time; files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under section 7.
They are operational templates: they record what you agreed, what you found and what you did. They are not legal, regulatory or aviation advice, they are not a substitute for your own contract, and they are not approved or endorsed by any aviation authority. Confirm anything regulatory with your national authority, and have contractual terms reviewed by someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
We provide the packs with reasonable skill and care, but you are responsible for the content of any document you issue to your own client. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited - including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
Payments are taken by Stripe, which holds your card details - they never reach us. Your download email is sent by Hostinger from our own mailbox. What we store and why is set out in the privacy notice.
Write to contact@exovoid.tech first - most things are settled that way. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
